Plants and their benefits of our anti-stress herbal tea:

  • Rooibos ( Aspalathus linearis ): Rich in flavonoids and antioxidants, theine-free and therefore non-existing. It is also known to fight against insomnia. Rich in minerals, it participates in particular in the good absorption of iron.
