• Green rooibos: more tangy and lemony than red rooibos, green rooibos differs from red because it has not undergone fermentation, which makes it much more interesting from a dietary point of view. Indeed, it is richer in antioxidants, mineral salts and vitamin C.
• Calendula (marigold flower): Very rich in fiber, vitamins (A, B6, B9 and C), minerals (Calcium, Iron and Potassium) and antioxidants.
