All of the striking and subtle notes of Dijon are there, and its flavor brings out the best in pork dishes, roasted chicken, white fish, steamed leafy greens, a fresh salad, baked potatoes–anywhere you’d use mustard. Our favorite is sprinkling over hard boiled or deviled eggs for that finishing touch of flavor and a beautiful plating.
